Preparing the substrate Requirement for substrate 1. Firm 2. Frost-free 3. Load-bearing 4. Free of adhesion inhibiting substances
Preparing the details 1. Any damaged areas or unevenness must be compensated with ASOCRET-M30. 2. Roughen any plastic pipes present and then thoroughly clean and degrease them with a suitable cleaner (e.g. acetone).
Application Application 1. Apply the waterproofing material at least 2 cm wider than the sealing collar on both sides of the pipe connection. 2. Lay ADF®-Rohrmanschette in the fresh layer. 3. Press the ADF®-Rohrmanschette into the waterproofing layer meticulously without voids or wrinkles, using a flat trowel or pressure roller. 4. Bond joint-tape edges or connections with the waterproofing material without wrinkles, covering the whole area, and overcoat after. 5. Joint-tape edges or connections to pre-formed pieces are applied with an overlap of 5 cm to 10 cm.
Storage conditions Storage Cool, dry, protected from sunlight. Min. 36 months in the original canister.
