Preparing the surface 1. Calcium sulphate screeds must be roughened and vacuumed. 2. A moisture measurement must be carried out using the CM method to assess whether it is ready to receive. 3. Weak or adhesion inhibiting layers must be brushed off mechanically, sanded, milled or shot blasted.

Dilute ASO®-Unigrund-PLUS with water depending on the substrate (see application table). Pour ASO®-Unigrund-PLUS into a clean and suitable container Apply ASO®-Unigrund-PLUS crosswise over the entire surface using a suitable tool. Oversaturation or forming puddles must be avoided. ASO®-Unigrund-PLUS must be completely dry before further work can be done on the primed surfaces.
Cleaning tools Clean tools thoroughly with water after use.
Storage conditions Storage Store in a frost-free, cool and dry place. At min. 5 - 30 °C for 12 months in the original canister. Promptly use opened canister.
Disposal Must not be disposed of in household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewer system.
Emission behaviour / building certification systems Very low emissions in accordance with GEV-EMICODE, which normally results in positive evaluations within the scope of building certification systems in accordance with DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, HQE. Suitable for indoor use in accordance with the French VOC Directive and Belgian Royal Decree C-2014/24239.
Notes The primer must be dry before applying the next coat. Protect surfaces that are not to be treated from the effects of ASO®-Unigrund-PLUS! Clean splashes immediately with water. For laying on young heated and unheated calcium sulphate screeds up to a maximum residual moisture of 1,2 CM-% in combination with MONOFLEX-S2.
