Registration conditions for events

1. Registration/confirmation
   Registration can take place online, by email, fax or letter. Each participant will receive confirmation of participation in good time, containing all the necessary information on the seminar booked. By signing the registration form, the participant confirms their binding registration for the seminar.

2. Declining/cancelling

      In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the speakers and/or postpone or change the programme. We are entitled to withdraw from the contract if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the intended speakers withdraw and no replacement can be found. Any seminar fees paid will be refunded to the registered participant.

   2. by the participant
      The participant is able to cancel their attendance free of charge if notice is received in writing at least 10 working days before the start of the event. If written cancellation is received after this time, a flat rate of 75% of the seminar fee will be charged. In the event of absence without cancellation, the agreed participation fee must be paid in full. The attendance of a substitute participant is of course possible.

3. Seminar fees

   1. General
      The prices set out in the current seminar brochure apply. All prices are subject to VAT. The prices include the seminar documents, beverages supplied during the seminar and breaks, snacks and the respective additional services listed.

   2. Group discount
      If there are at least 3 participants, a 10% discount will be applied to the applicable seminar price. This discount will be taken into account directly when billing for the seminar. The group discount applies only if it is not explicitly excluded in the seminar description.

   3. Free seminars
      Free seminars are not subject to any additional costs. However, in the event of repeated non-attendance, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from future events.

4. Data protection
   SCHOMBURG GmbH will document the event with photographs, video and/or audio recordings. For the purpose of reporting and marketing, these event documents and recordings will be used in various media, such as the relevant trade press, social media, internet or websites as well as in press releases, newsletters, brochures and print media. If you do not want any photos/recordings of yourself to be taken, please inform the photographer on site. You can find our information on data protection under Data Protection. 5. Terms of payment
   Seminar fees are always payable "immediately net in cash" upon receipt of the invoice. The invoice will be sent with the registration confirmation.

6. Ancillary agreements/place of jurisdiction
   Ancillary agreements must be concluded in writing. Our General Terms and Conditions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Detmold.
