You will be working in your familiar surroundings with known products, which offer full assurances even in external areas. And assurances we take literally. Here we are talking about frost and water resistance as well as protecting against mechanical stress. The external system can be cleaned with high pressure washers thanks to CRISTALLFUGE-HF or CRISTALLFUGE-EPOX.
With the external system all tile formats up to size 60 cm x 120 cm x 1.5 cm can be installed in bonded techniques.

1 Substrate preperation
1 - Placing the edge insulation strips
2 - Laying the separating layer (for unbonded screeds)
3 - Producing the unbonded screed or bonded screed with ASO-SEM
4 - Priming the substrate with ASO-Unigrund-GE or ASO-Unigrund-S
2 Creating bonded waterproofing
5 - Incorporating the ASO-Dichtband-120 and the pre-formed pieces ASO-Dichtecke-A, ASO-Dichtecke-I with AQUAFIN-RS300.
6 - Application of the first coat of AQUAFIN-RS300 or applying SANIFIN waterproofing and uncoupling membrane with MONOFLEX XL. When using SANIFIN waterproofing and uncoupling membrane, overlapping sheets and joints with waterproof tapes and pre-formed pieces must be bonded and overcoated with AQUAFIN-RS300.
7 - Application of the second coat of AQUAFIN-RS300. The minimum dry film thickness with AQUAFIN-RS300 must be 2 mm.
3 Grouting of tiles
8 - Installation of tiles in a thin-bed, largely void-free with UNIFIX S3 or alternatively MONOFLEX-XL
4 Installation of tiles
9 - Grouting the tiles with CRISTALLFUGE-HF or alternatively CRISTALLFUGE-EPOX
10 - Forming movement joints with ESCOSIL-2000
